7 Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order at 7:31p.m. Clerk Harding called the roll with the following
8 in attendance: Trustees Dalzell, .Iuarez, McLawhorn, Murphy, Nava-Esparza, Perretta and Mayor
9 Ryan.

11 MAYOR'S REPORT: Mayor Ryan presented: l) Will be in zoom meetings this week with South
12 Suburban Mayors and Managers to support legislation to increase local government district fund to
13 8%. 2) NexSite will do a zoom call with us at the next meeting with some updates. 3) Mayor
14 Ryan got an email from a resident commending Water Department head Dan Tryban on his
15 outstanding efforts in coming to her house, taking samples, and calling her after hoLirs to discuss the
16 results. He read the email aloud. 4) HRE manager will be at our next meeting to discuss rents for
17 new leases; raise them, keep them the same, there will be a discussion. 5) Cook County has given
l 8 the Village ],000 KN95 maslcs, Mayor will meet with Mike Fraider to discuss distribution.

20 CLERK'S REPORT: Clerk Harding presen ed: l) Approval of the January 17, 2022 Board
21 Meefing Minutes. 2) Approval of the December 2021 Motor Fuel Allotment in the amount of
22 $71,684.71. 3) Presentation and approval of January 31, 2022 Committee Meeting Minutes. 4)
23 Discussion about early voting at Village Hall.

56 PUBLIC WORKS AND BOAT LAUNCH REPORT: Trustee Juarez presented: 1) Approval to go
57 out to Bid for Parkway Tree Removals. To remove approximately 90 trees which will include
58 removal and stump grinding. 2) Approval to post for hiring Part Time Maintenance employee in
59 Public Worl<s. 3) Trustee thanks Mike Fraider and the Public Works crew for all their hard work
60 on snow removal last week.

62 SEWER AND WATER: Trustee Nava-Esparza presented: 1) Approval to post and fill an open full-
63 time Operator II driver/laborer position within the Water Department.

68 W. 127th Street. 2) Presen ation and approval of the Health Department January 2022 Monthly

76 Rodger Early for some updates: Firewater BBQ is coming along but some delays due to weather
77 and Gas N Wash is still on target to hit their completion date. Rodger also stated there are several
78 other businesses looking to come to Alsip that he will discuss with Mayor Ryan.

8l Concepts (TAC), our present Building Automation System that controls the HVAC systems. It is
