hours to 35 hours for approximately 8 weeks starting in mid-June.

will be hosting an open house on Saturday May 21st between 12pm – 3pm. Trucks, trac-
tors, and much more will be on display. All are invited to attend this free event.

1) Approval of the April 2022 Water Department Monthly Activity Report.
F. Building and Health, Trustee Perretta
1) Approval of the April 2022 Health Department Monthly Activity Report.
2) Approval of the April 2022 Building Department Monthly Activity Report.
3) Update on the Building Department new hire Amy O’Rourke.
4) Recognition for the Building and Water Department clerical staff.
5) Request for approval for the Village Sportsman Club to hold their Annual Pig Roast
Fundraiser to take place on Saturday, June 4th from 3:00pm – 10:00pm.

ated using Aki Kladis as the real estate broker to market and sell the Village-owned va-
cant land property that’s approx. a 50’ x 138’ lot at 3725 W 120th Place Alsip, IL with a
market price of $60,000 for residential use. This agreement will terminate December 31,
2022.

2) APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 9, FIRE PREVENTION
AND PROTECTION, ARTICLE III, FIRE PREVENTION, BY ADDING SECTION 9-
50, LITHIUM-ION BATTERY STORAGE, OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF ALSIP.
