7 Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order at 9:14p.m. Clerk Harding called the roll with the following
8 in attendance: Trustees Dalzell, McLawhorn, Murphy, Perretta, Mayor Ryan, and Clerk Harding.
9 Trustee Juarez-Mendoza and Nava-Esparza were absent.

13 1) Approval to award Dynamix Consulting Group a contract to perform a manpower
14 study to determine minimal manning based on existing ranks for the Alsip Fire
15 Department at a cost of$19,900 based on the RFP submittals received 10/10/22 by
l 6 the Village of Alsip.
