7 Mayor Ryan called the meeting to order at 6:34p.m. Clerk Harding called the roll with the following
8 in attendance: Trustees Dalzell, McLawhorn, Perretta and Mayor Ryan. Trustees Juarez-Mendoza,
9 Murphy, and Nava-Esparza were absent.

16 COUNTY, ILLINOIS. Fund balance is fine and will cover any adjustments that are
17 made to it.
